Capsule Filling Machine HLF Series

The HL Pharm Tech capsule filling machines are designed for fully automatic filling of hard gelantine capsules with powder, granulate or pellets in the pharmaceutical and food supplements production.

The output of the capsule filling machines HLF series is between 40.000 to 130.000 capsules per hour.

The capsule filling is achieved through the disc dosing. It allows to work with fine and heavy raw materials and receive a good quality capsules.

The machines are conform to GMP standards and CE certificated.

The capsule filling machines of the HLF series can be standardly equiped with sets of tools for 1 capsule size from #00 to #4 (on customer choice).
 

Machine Process:

Filling of the machine with product (powder, granulate and pellets),
Opening of hard gelantine capsules,
Filling of the capsules with products,
Closing of the capsules and
Discharge of the finished capsules. 

Optionally the capsule filling machine can be adjusted with a capsule polishing machine and dust collector.
