Capsule Filling Machine HLF Series

The HL Pharm Tech capsule filling machine is designed for fully automatic filling of hard gelantine capsules with powder, granulate and pellets in the pharmaceutical and food additive area. The production output of the HLF series range from 40.000 to 130.000 capsules per hour.
The machines of the HLF series can be standardly equiped with the tool sizes from #00 to #4.
The machines are conform to GMP standards and CE certificated.

Machine Process:

Filling of the machine with product (powder, granulate and pellets),
Opening of hard gelantine capsules,
Filling of the capsules with products,
Closing of the capsules and
Discharge of the finished capsules.
