KEMWALL type VS hot filler for cosmetic products in polished finish stainless steel, supplied new in 2001.
350mm dia x 320mm deep product tank (approx 31 litres gross capacity) with a heated water jacket with a controllable temperature range up to 90°C +/- 0.1°C. and gauge 0 - 120°C. The tank has an electrically driven stirrer with 300mm dia 2 blade paddle, speed range 10 - 50 rpm. The fill range is 1 - 30ml with a +/- 0.1ml accuracy. Fill speed 1 - 10 secs for 30ml by hydraulic control. The outlet with valve has a 3/4 BSP connection for the fill nozzle, max 10mm dia. Footpedal cycle start. The filling nozzle height can be fully adjusted on the mobile support frame. Fascia controls for Heater on/off; Stirrer on/off; Forward/reverse;
Variable speed setting; Fill nozzle timer. Overall dimensions 0.8 x 0.8 x 2.2m high. Excellent condition.
