The design of the MECA 170 is such that to obtain the best results, it is not necessary to have a skilled technician for its operations.

The chassis of the machine is made of

anodised dural, the panels are produced in stainless steel, all mechanical parts are

treated against corrosion. On the upper part, a large panel forbiddes the access

to working parts, but allows good access to all parts of the machine.

The partial (thermoforming mould) or complete (tools for thermoforming, sealing and

and cutting) tool changes is quick and easy.

The MECA 170 incorporates the best safety features : All electrical components are housed in a waterproof cabinet.

All working stations are guarded by polycarbonate.
