Lumpen breaker HANNINGFIELD

HANNINGFIELD PROCESS SYSTEMS pre breaker/lumpbreaker in 316 grade stainless steel. Manufactured new in 2003 and has never been used.
The rotor is 300mm dia x 400mm long and has 12 rows of teeth alternating 6 or 7 teeth per row, driven from a 1.1kw geared motor. Product is admitted to the chamber via the safety interlocked feed port with hinged cover. Processed product exits underneath via a removable safety interlocked 300mm dia flanged outlet with safety grid. The chamber has a 25mm dia connection on the end face, possibly for use with a CIP system.The breaker can be raised and lowered by a lever on the support pedestal with a 685mm ground clearance when fully raised.
There is a stop/start & emergency stop fitted plus electrical isolator. The machine is mounted onto a stainless frame with castors for mobility. Overall dimensions 1800 x 1160 x 1720mm high.
