Complete coating plants HLC Series (HL Pharmtech)

The plants of the HLC series are used for tablet coating with film and sugar solution. The coating plant consists of the heat exchanger, product vessel, coating machine and filter unit for outgoing air.

Working principle:

Tablets are filled into the drum and heated. The solution is sprayed on the tablets with spray guns and then the tablets are dried in the air stream. After the coating process is completed and the tablets are dried, the coater is emptied.  

All product touching parts are made out of SS 316L steel. Others are out of SS 304.
The loading capacity of the HLC series range from 0,4 to 650 kg.
The machines are conform to GMP standards and CE certificated.
